Numerous rain events led to renewed river flooding in March. Minor flooding was widespread across the region, including the Ohio, Wabash, White, and Patoka Rivers. The impact of the flooding was mainly low-lying woods and fields in bottomland areas. Some rural county roads near the rivers were flooded. Along the White and Wabash Rivers, oil fields near the rivers were inaccessible. Some cabins near those rivers were also inaccessible. Monthly rainfall was 2 to 4 inches above normal for most of
