The center of Tropical Storm Isaias tracked north just inland of the Middle Atlantic Coast from late Monday night, August 3rd through Tuesday morning, August 4th. Winds associated with the tropical storm caused moderate to locally major (tidal) coastal flooding across portions of the Lower Maryland Eastern Shore adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay.
